In almost 2 weeks I will be pushing play again.
But this time I wont do it alone :-)
(I pushed "play" before but only made it the first 30 days)
My dear friend Christi and me will do the first 30 days together. I am so looking forward to it since this will be the first time I have someone in the same situation and we both want to make a change. Of course I will cook from the nutrition plan since she has all the kitchen supplies someone needs. (I have not seen my kitchen supplies since 6 month since I am still living out of a suitcase due to the move back to the United States)
This is going to be so good and I am guessing since we are depend on each other we will not fail.
I will keep this blog updated and hope to motivate others as well :-)

Working out with friends makes it less of a chore and way easier to stick to the program. Just be sure you can both workout on the same schedule, that's the only downside of working out with a friend. Just be prepared to do it on your own for the weekend she's back home or has to go somewhere for work or gets sick. Likewise make sure she's ready for that too incase you absolutely can't make a day.
