Over the years I had some "up & downs" with weight.
In 2004 I was unemployed and gained a lot and on top of that I moved to the United States to be an AuPair. Of course I had to try all these "new" food and gained more.

And then in the end of 2005 I moved to London and by then I already lost most of my fat due to healthy eating - I never really worked out.

That was 5 years ago from today. I got married in 2007 and fit in a wonderful size 8 dress.

Summer of 2009 we went to South France and I can tell I gained a little.

Then in Fall 2009 I decided to take a "hike" from about 580 Miles with a 20 Pound backpack from the border France/ Spain all the way to the West Coast of Spain. Gained muscle and lost inches. And of course since I do not exercise I gained most of it back during Christmas time.

I started P90X in February 2010 and only made it for about 30 days, but lost inches and 2.5% BF. Now it is about time to get my second chance and "Bring it" 100% this time. I am so ready and I am so looking forward to it.
