So I decided do drink my shake first thing in the morning on my way to work - I will for sure purchase now a Blender since unfortunately the Shaker Bottle will come with my second order of Shakeology® and I cannot find the one Robert Eric Hovater (my Beachbody Coach) gave me last summer with my first sample of Shakeology®.
Friday 4th March 2011 will be the official start for "Getting in shape" - since I have heard the next day after the first workout my "Bum Bum" will HURT and I do not want a painful butt at work :-)
