Well, I do have to admit I am more the "Too Big" kind of person - maybe if I would have worked out regulary I could be a "Pear Shape" ... But even that has a solution. So I am looking forward to do the SLIM & SHAPE program.

The workout also comes with a pencil - yes, thats right - with a pensil. Now some of you may wonder why. Well - there is something called "The Pencil Test". It is supposed to be a fun, easy and simple way to tell if your butt is lifted. Ha ha - and of course I did NOT pass the pencil test -this I guess is the fun part while standing backwards infront of the mirrow to place the pencil in the crease where your butt meets the top of the back of your tight is the "easy" part. And then do the test again after 30 days to see if your butt has lifted.

Only two more days and I "kick butt" ...
